Features:  The Celebrity was an early quartz alarm clock introduced by Westclox in the 1980s.   Woodgrain plastic case and plastic lens. Brown dial.  The ticking sound is soft and the alarm is a beeping sound.  The alarm is "ascending", meaning it gradually gets louder if you don't shut it off.  

This is one of the first Westclox battery clocks with the "drowse" feature.  This was later referred to as "snooze".  The drowse button also operates a dial light for night viewing.

Operates on one "AA" battery. (included)

This clock has an on/off switch inside the battery compartment, which is a perfect feature for a travel clock.
